BUBBA's International Burger Platter

  • Cajun Blue Burger on Toasted Potato Bun
  • Alpine Swiss Cheese Sweet Onion BUBBA burger®
  • American Cheese & Bacon Original BUBBA burger®

Ingredients:

3 Jalapeno BUBBA burgers®
Garnish:  Fire-roasted Jalapenos
4 oz. blue cheese crumbles
1 tablespoon Cajun spice  
4 oz. ranch dressing

3 Sweet Onion BUBBA burger
Garnish: Grilled tomato slice
1 tablespoon Montréal steak seasoning
4 oz. baby Swiss cheese slices
4 oz. Dijon mustard
6 each dill pickle slice

3 Original BUBBA burgers®
Garnish: Grilled onion slices
1 teaspoon ground sea salt
1 teaspoon ground black peppercorn
4 oz. sliced sharp cheddar cheese
3 slices Tom & Ted’s Hickory Smoked Bacon (Cooked)
2 oz tomato ketchup
1 ounce barbeque sauce

Directions:

Follow package instructions on cooking burgers. You will cook all three types at the same time as close to serving schedule as possible. The Jalapeno and Sweet Onion should be cooked on a 325 degree F area of the grill; the Original on a 350 degree F or hotter area. Before the juices rise to the top add the spice to the top of the burger: Cajun for Jalapeno; Montréal for Sweet Onion; sea salt & ground pepper for the Original. Then flip the burgers and season other side.

Next put on the cheese for the different burgers. Then add sauce on top of the burgers. Grill the garnish over flame of char boiler. Toast the potato roll and place in basket. Place burgers on a serving tray in three separate rows; add garnishes at the last minute.
