Fire-Roasted Peppers & Tomato Mini Burgers

Ingredients:

9 BUBBA mini-burgers®
2 oz. dry rub
6 Italian plum tomatoes
6 bell peppers (all colors)
1 cup tomato sauce
1 loaf garlic toast rounds

Directions:

Lightly season the BUBBA burgers with your favorite seasoning. Grill seasoned burgers 8-10 minutes & slice round. On an open flame, grill peppers and tomatoes until charred and soft to touch. Place grilled peppers and tomatoes into a brown paper bag for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove the peppers and tomatoes from bag and remove the skin. Once skin is removed, chop into a medium dice. Add tomato sauce. Place burgers on garlic rounds. Garnish with bruschetta topping & serve.
