Mini BUBBA Burger Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients:

9 BUBBA mini-burgers®
2 oz. dry rub (your favorite)
4 oz. beef base paste
1 qt. hot water
¼ lb. butter
8 oz. bread flour
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup sour cream
1 tbsp. fresh dill leaf

Directions:

Slightly thaw mini burgers, cut in half and season. Bake in 400 degree F oven until brown in color. Make strong beef stock and bring to a boil. Make a brown roux and add stock. Simmer until thick. Slowly add cream and meat balls. Fold in sour cream and dill leaves.
